Prior to taking and registering for the TEAS Exam, students are required to attend a mandatory Nursing or Radiography Information Workshop.  All students must register to take the TEAS. To register, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register on-line at http://hsadmissions.waketech.edu/teas/reserve.php

Step 2: All students must register on-line via Wake Tech's website, http://hsadmissions.waketech.edu/teas/reserve.php. Payment may be made to the cashier on any Wake Tech campus. The Health Sciences Campus cashier is located in the HS2 Building, Room 131 and is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday (the Health Sciences Cashier closes daily from 1-2 p.m.).

Step 3: Take the exam. Be sure to arrive at the exam room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the exam time. All students will need to show proof of payment with a receipt and a picture ID the day of the exam.

Students will be prohibited from bringing food/ beverages, calculators, and cell phones into the exam room. All exams will begin on time. LATECOMERS to any exam will NOT be admitted.
